Gas composition analyser system

The test system is designed for continuous and on-site analysis of the composition of gases resulting from various biogases and gasification technologies (e.g. aerobic and anaerobic wood gas, producer gas, synthesis gas, pyrolysis gas etc.).

The main elements of the system:

–    CH₄ analyzer

measurement principle: NDIR (non-dispersive infrared),
measuring range: 0-100 V/V %

–    O₂ analyzer

Measuring principle: paramagnetic,
measuring range: 0-25 V/V %

–    H₂ analyzer

mérési elv: hővezetés,
measuring range: 0-50 V/V

–    CO₂ analyzer

measurement principle: NDIR (non-dispersive infrared),
measuring range: 0-100 V/V % or 0-20 V/V %

–    CO elemző

measurement principle: NDIR (non-dispersive infrared),
measuring range: 0-50 V/V


Valamint a szükséges minta előkészítő egységek, H₂O leválasztó és szűrők. A fenti rendszer segítségével a legtöbb előállított gáz összetétele a helyszínen vizsgálható, tranziens folyamatok felvehetők, valamint optimalizálás során nyújt segítséget
